SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Free standard shipping is available on all orders placed over AU$100 and will be processed within 24hrs, then shipped within the following 2 to 5 business days. Although shipping may take up to 6 business day from the date of purchase, most orders placed within Australia will arrive within 3 business days when choosing standard shipping . If you wish to have your order shipped via express postage, simply change the shipping method at checkout (subject to addition costs).
When placing orders under AU$100 your details will automatically be synced to Australia Post’s database and shipping rates for both express and standard shipping will appear at checkout. Please note that shipping timeframes are based on information provided to us from Australia Post and are subject to change due to outside causes. Please bear in mind shipping may take addition time when ordered within a close timeframe to public holidays or events.
We offer international shipping for our customers ordering from outside Australia. To confirm if we ship to your country simply enter your address at checkout. International orders are typically shipped within 1-5 weeks depending on your geographical locations and customs processing. Shipping timeframes for your geographical local will be displayed one your postal address is entered at checkout.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Christmas Gift Exchanges: All orders placed from December 5th, have until the 7th of January 2019 to be exchange. Please ensure you notify our customer service team by 4pm AEST 07/01/2018 if you would like to make an exchange. The same terms and conditions outlined below apply. We reserve the right to reject any exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
We are happy to provide exchanges on size or style if the customer is prepared to ship (and pay for) the return of the item/s. Please note in order to be eligible for an exchange you must have contacted us within 7 days prior to the delivery date documented by Australia Post, be able to provide proof of purchase, as well as be able to return the item/s in the same condition they were purchased in. If you decide that you would like to exchange or return any item/s please contact us through the ‘Customer Service’ page found on our website, alternatively you can email us at email@example.com
Please note we will happily re-ship all exchanges sent back to us for free the first time you return an item (per order). If you decided you would like to make an exchange for the second time for the same order you will be requested to pay a fee to have the items sent back to your address. Please note this simply because we have to cover our expenses. We are always looking to improve our shipping services so we can offer the lowest rates to all our customer both within Australia and offshore.
Under the Australian Competitor and Consumer Act 2010 we are not obligated to provide a refund simply due to change of mind, if the customer has damaged the product, or if the customer knew about the fault beforehand (factory seconds/ faulty clearance). Please note that we will not issue a refund on any products unless they are found faulty and you are able to provide proof of purchase. If your product/s are found to be faulty or damaged upon return you will be compensated for any shipping fees you occurred upon return, and your item/s will be replaced or refunded using the same payment method of which the item/s were originally purchased.
All items returned or refunded must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase. Please ensure items are returned free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted if they are found damaged (unless faulty). When returning items please pack the items in an Australia Post satchel: should the packaging be found damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition your return may not be accepted.
